Frequently Asked Questions

These are some of the most commonly asked questions we’ve encountered through our projects. If you have any inquiries, you’re more than welcome to reach out to us through any of our communication channels. Maybe we can even include your inquiry in this page.

What is the best method of communication?

All communications must be confirmed via email for a formal method of carrying out advances. Text messages of any kind requesting changes to the website will not be considered until the same writing is received via email. The intent behind this line of communication is to develop a clear record of all of stages of development, for both the customer’s and developer’s conveniences.  If there are issues at any point with using email, such as transferring a very large file, exceptions can be made to best adapt to any situation.

How are payments made?

Payment methods can be made either through our website, PayPal or bank transfer, depending on the country of origin of the transaction. The banking fees will be assumed by the project payment if the total cost exceeds $2000 on one purchase. Otherwise, the fees must be undertaken by the customer if a bank transfer is made.

The method of payment and confirmation of received payments will only be officially made through our emails. If another individual claims to work with us and asks you to pay them to their personal bank account, know that we do not approve of this methodology.

What if I’m late on a payment?

If the developer fails to perform the work in accordance with the terms of this agreement, the customer will have the right to request a 10% discount in the overall price. Alternatively, the customer may terminate the agreement if the developer does not remedy the default within 7 days after the completion date. Once the project is complete, we will permanently log out of any accounts the customer provided access to.

What if there’s an increase in cost? How would refunds work?

The customer will be notified if they want to increase the cost prior to the change taking place, or if a change in the workflow of the website or another project is needed to adhere to the original price. If the customer is dissatisfied with the overall product, for up to 15 days the customer can request a full refund, no questions asked.

How can I back-up my data?

When the agreements are completed, all data pertaining to the projects will be kept up to 60 days of delivery on the developer’s hardware upon the customer’s request. This is in case the customer loses their files or backups. Backups of their data can be requested to be deleted at any moment. If they choose to be kept for longer, this can be done freely for an additional 30 days. Should the customer need a backup for a longer period of time, options will discuss as needed.

What if the domain name has not been acquired?

Domains are always provided by the customer, and then linked to their website during development. If the customer still requires acquiring a domain name, a temporary web address is automatically assigned the site, and will have the desired domain linked later during development. Though the primary tool for work is done through WordPress, the customer can decide the hosting and creation platform of choice for the website (other options include GoDaddy, Blue Host, etc.).
